Based on the innovative Oase ProfiClear Premium Drum Filter and Moving Bed technology, the new Oase ProfiClear Premium Compact EGC Pump Fed Filter provides an alternative inexpensive compact drum filter for smaller ponds, and in particular koi ponds. 

The ProfiClear Premium Compact Pump Fed Filter feature both a scaled down automatic self cleaning drum filter and moving bed technology all in one compact easy to use module, making them ideal for koi ponds up to 20,000 litres (4,400 gallons), goldfish ponds up to 40,000 litres (8,800 gallons) and ornamental ponds up to 80,000 litres (17,770 gallons).

The large rotating drum carries out the first stage mechanical filtration removing debris down to 80 microns through 6 removable mesh screens. The new Hel-X 13 Biomedia then performs the second stage biological filtration using advanced moving bed technology to rapidly breakdown any soluble waste after the drum. At the heart of the ProfiClear Compact Drum Filters is an intelligent weatherproof control panel.This digital control system connects to the drum motor, water sensors and powerful cleaning pump to allow the intelligent automated cleaning or timed cleaning intervals to be set. The controller also provides a water temperature display and detects any errors which may occur.

The ProfiClear Premium Compact EGC Pump Fed Filter is designed for above water level installation with the option of mounting either an Oase Bitron C or Oase Bitron Eco UV Clarifier directly to the inlet of the drum for effective green water alage control.

The Oase ProfiClear Premium Compact Filters are now fully compatible with the Oase Easy Garden Control (EGC) System. Just connect compatible devices via the Oase InScenio FM-Master WLAN EGC to enable complete control of the filtration system and other EGC products from any location via a smart phone or tablet. The EGC link also provides information feedback on product performance and alerts the user to potential faults.

Palletised Deliveries

Some large oversize products, typically items weighing more than 30kg, may require delivery via pallet and as such will arrive as a kerbside delivery only. The drivers in these instances are unfortunately not permitted to assist with the pallet beyond the drop off, and cannot aid in bringing packages into the property.

Pond Planet will contact you to book in delivery on a suitable working day. Delivery will generally take place between 9am and 5pm. To ensure there are no delays with delivery, please include a contact number when placing the order.

Pond Plant Deliveries & Surcharge

Pond plants are subject to a £5.00 delivery surcharge. Pond plants are sent directly from our supplier to make sure the plants you receive are fresh and in great condition. There is no limit on how many you can order for a single delivery charge. This charge is in addition to any other carriage costs for items sent directly from Pond Planet. Please allow 5 -10 working days for delivery.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Pond Planet, you may return the product(s) to us within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange.

Goods must be returned in perfect and unused condition, in their original packaging. The buyer must ensures that the goods are securely and adequately packed to avoid damage and the purchaser pays all postage costs. We recommend that products are returned by recorded delivery or by a carrier that requires a signature. Pond Planet accepts no responsibility for goods returned to us unless signed proof can be provided.
