Standard orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day.

We offer FREE Standard Delivery on orders over £49* - Express upgrade available from £2.99.

For orders under £49 there is a Postage and Packing charge of £3.99.

Our delivery service covers the whole of the UK excluding Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.  Orders will be dispatched using the best method from a range of delivery services including Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 and DHL.

The Pond Planet Team will continue to keep you up to date with the status of your order via email from start to finish.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

You will be advised of an estimated delivery timescale during checkout, which will be dependant on the type of product and shipping method chosen for your order.

  • Standard Delivery: 2-3 working days
  • Express Delivery: 1-2 working days
  • Highlands & Islands: 2-4 working days

Direct, Drop Shipped and Palletised items may take longer but this will be indicated on the checkout page.

Weekends and Bank Holidays are not working days. However, your order can be delivered on weekends and bank holidays, but this is beyond our control and is dependent on local delivery depots.

Always check the tracking details that have been emailed to you first before contacting us and allow 24 hours to pass for any delivery issues to be resolved.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?

Items in stock in our warehouse ordered before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders received after 2pm or on a weekend / bank holiday will be dispatched on the next available working day.

Direct, Drop Shipped and Palletised items may take longer but this will be indicated on the checkout page.

Weekends and Bank Holidays are not working days. However, your order can be delivered on weekends and bank holidays, but this is beyond our control and is dependent on local delivery depots.

DO YOU DISPATCH ORDERS ON WEEKENDS / BANK HOLIDAYS?

Unfortunately, our couriers don't work weekends or bank holidays, so we're unable to dispatch orders taken at these times. However, we do work hard to keep any further delays to a minimum.

Please Note: Orders dispatched after 2pm on a Friday and throughout the weekend are not collected by our couriers until the Monday (excluding bank holidays)

ARE DELIVERY TIMES GUARANTEED?

Unfortunately we can not guarantee dispatch or delivery timeframes for items delivered from our warehouse or direct from our suppliers.

CAN I SELECT A SPECIFIC DELIVERY DATE OR TIME?

A Monday-Friday delivery day can be selected for palletised items. However we are unable to offer this for other items.

We will however supply you with a tracking number to keep you informed on the progress of your order on its journey to you.

WHY IS THE COURIER SAYING THEY DON'T HAVE MY PARCEL?

Our automatic system will inform you once the order has been picked, packed and marked as dispatched. Unfortunately the tracking will only update once the order has been collected and scanned by the courier into their network.

This generally occurs when our warehouse team work hard across the weekend picking, packing and dispatching orders. However they aren't collected by our couriers until Monday (Tuesday if it is a Bank Holiday).

CAN I REQUEST A SAFE PLACE FOR DELIVERY?

Yes. However if you request a safe place, Pond Planet Ltd takes no liability for any subsequent loss or damage to the parcel.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

Don’t worry, we've got you covered and will do everything to help. Simply complete the damaged delivery form.

PALLETISED DELIVERY QUERIES?

Some Fragile and oversize products, typically items weighing more than 30kg, such as aquariums from 85 Litres and some of our larger pond filters, cannot be sent by a standard courier service and therefore must be sent via a palletised delivery.

When purchasing a 'Palletised Delivery' product from us, please ensure to include a contact telephone number so a member of the Pond Planet Team can call you to arrange a suitable delivery day. Please note the exclusion of a contact telephone number may delay the dispatch of your order.

Palletised Deliveries can only be arranged Monday-Friday and are normally made between 9am-5pm. Unfortunately we cannot specify a time of day that your delivery will arrive, so we advise that someone is present all day to receive it. Palletised Deliveries are a kerbside delivery only, the drivers are unfortunately not permitted to assist with the pallet beyond the drop off, and cannot aid in bringing packages into the property. Depending on the size and weight of the aquarium or product, we advise that you have friends or family standing by to help you carry it into your home.

After purchase a member of our customer service team will call to explain the process and arrange with you a suitable delivery date. Please await our call before arranging any time off work or making plans to receive the delivery. Please be aware that once we have arranged a delivery date over the phone, there is a fee for cancellation.

POND PLANT DELIVERY QUERIES?

Pond plants are subject to a £5.99 delivery surcharge. Pond plants are sent directly from our supplier to make sure the plants you receive are fresh and in great condition. There is no limit on how many you can order for one delivery charge.

This charge is in addition to any other carriage costs for items sent directly from our warehouse. Please allow 5 -10 working days for delivery.

PRE-FORMED POND DELIVERY QUERIES?

Delivery of Atlantis Fibreglass Ponds falls outside of our general delivery terms. The ponds are delivered direct from the manufacturer, taking approximately 2 Weeks.

We offer free inclusive delivery for the following postcode areas: AL, B, BA, BH, BL, BN, BR, BS, CB, CM, CR, CV, CW, DA, DE, DN, DT, E, EC, EN, GL, GU, HA, HD, HP, HX, KT, L, LE, LN, LS, LU, M, MK, N, NG, NN, NW, OL, OX, PE, PO, PR, RG, RH, RM, SE, SG, SK, SL, SM, SN, SO, SP, ST, SW, TA, TF, TN, TW, UB, W, WA, WC, WD, WF, WN, WR, WS, and WV.

Postcodes outside of these areas are excluded from our standard free delivery and will incur a surcharge. Please enquire regarding post code surcharges prior to purchasing.

Delivery of the Atlantis ponds will be arranged via phone or email after purchase.

Full Delivery Terms & Conditions

Pond Planet Ltd offers the following delivery service within the UK subject to the conditions below:

  1. Orders under £49 are subject to a £3.99 delivery charge and are shipped using a Standard tracked 2-3 day delivery service. Orders can be upgraded to an Express 1-2 day Courier delivery service subject to a £5.99 delivery charge where available. Express delivery is not available for orders to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands and UK Offshore destinations. A 2-4 day courier service will be applicable to express delivery orders when shipped to these destinations.
  2. Orders over £49 are delivered free using a Standard tracked 2-3 day delivery service. Orders can be upgraded to an Express 1-2 day Courier delivery service subject to a £2.99 delivery charge where available. Express delivery is not available for orders to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands and UK Offshore destinations. A 2-4 day courier service will be applicable to express delivery orders when shipped to these destinations.
  3. 'Delivery Days' are working days and exclude weekends and Bank Holidays.
  4. Orders received after 2:00pm or on a weekend / bank holiday will be dispatched on the next available working day.
  5. Pond Planet Ltd denies any liability for any consequential loss caused by damaged or faulty items, delay in dispatch or delays by carriers.
  6. We cannot accept any liability involving third party contractors and would advise that no arrangements be made for installation until you are in receipt of your order.
  7. Goods must be signed for upon delivery and any damages / shortages reported to Pond Planet Ltd within 24 hours.
  8. While we typically ship orders the same day or the following working day, we are unfortunately unable to guarantee that all orders will arrive on time. We use a premium delivery service and subsidise the cost to provide a higher level of service for a lower price, but unfortunately delays do sometimes occur.
  9. Some large oversize products, typically items weighing more than 30kg, may require delivery via pallet and as such will arrive as a kerbside delivery only. The drivers in these instances are unfortunately not permitted to assist with the pallet beyond the drop off, and cannot aid in bringing packages into the property. Please note that pallet deliveries can only be arranged Monday - Friday.
  10. Please note that certain fragile or large items such as pre-formed ponds and aquariums may not be possible to ship to remote areas of the UK such as the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and UK Offshore destinations. If unsure, please email us with your choice of products before ordering and we will inform you if any of your items cannot be shipped. If orders for these items occur we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
  11. Pond plants are subject to a £5.99 delivery surcharge. Pond plants are sent directly from our supplier to make sure the plants you receive are fresh and in great condition. There is no limit on how many you can order for one delivery charge. This charge is in addition to any other carriage costs for items sent directly from Pond Planet. Please allow 5 -10 working days for delivery.
