The Oase LevelControl Auto Top-Up System delivers automatic water level management for ponds, koi ponds and water features. The Oase LevelControl continuously monitors the water level via a conductive sensor, communicating any changes in water depth directly with the control unit which automatically opens the 12 volt solenoid valve to top up the system whenever the pond drops to low. Once the desired level is restored, the unit immediately closes the valve, preventing overfilling and reducing unnecessary water usage.

The automated system is simple and easy to install. With a low power consumption of only 3 watts and a 10mm switching accuracy, the LevelControl operates efficiently and economically with very little ongoing maintenance. Suitable for either pump or gravity fed filter set-ups, the Auto Top-Up maintains a stable water level, compensating for evaporation, splash and filter cleaning cycles.

Maintaining a stable water level is not only important for the visual appearance of a pond or feature but essential for continued optimal operation. Particularly well suited to gravity fed pond filter systems the Oase LevelControl prevents water level fluctuations from adversely affecting skimmer and filter performance by maintaining a constant water level you can rely on.

The use of an Auto Top-Up System is even more vital in ponds running drum filters as during each automatic cleaning cycle, drum filters discharge water to waste. This regular flushing gradually reduces the pond volume and in turn lowers the water level. The installation of an automatic top up system, automatically replaces water lost during the rinse cycles, ensuring a stable water level without the need for constant supervision.

Water features, decorative fountains and commercial water displays can also rely on stable water levels for continued operation. Numerous fountain heads require a precise water depth to maintain their spray pattern. An Auto Top Up System ensures an uninterrupted visual display.

Palletised Deliveries
Some large oversize products, typically items weighing more than 30kg, may require delivery via pallet and as such will arrive as a kerbside delivery only. The drivers in these instances are unfortunately not permitted to assist with the pallet beyond the drop off, and cannot aid in bringing packages into the property.

Pond Plant Deliveries & Surcharge
Pond plants are subject to a £5.99 delivery surcharge. Pond plants are sent directly from our supplier to make sure the plants you receive are fresh and in great condition. There is no limit on how many you can order for a single delivery charge. This charge is in addition to any other carriage costs for items sent directly from Pond Planet. Please allow 5 -10 working days for delivery.

Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Pond Planet, you may return the product(s) to us within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange.

Goods must be returned in perfect and unused condition, in their original packaging. The buyer must ensure that the goods are securely and adequately packed to avoid damage and the purchaser pays all postage costs. We recommend that products are returned by recorded delivery or by a carrier that requires a signature. Pond Planet accepts no responsibility for goods returned to us unless signed proof can be provided.
