The latest generation of Oase AquaMax Eco Premium pumps utilise innovative Core 6 Technology and boast up to 24% lower running costs than previous AquaMax models, making them more efficient and energy-saving than ever before. Packed full of features the AquaMax pumps can handle solids up to 11mm, incorporate the Oase Environmental Function Control which continuously protects against blockages and dry running and include the optional patented Oase Seasonal Flow Control system which ensures greater energy-efficiency through pond temperature adjusted flow rates. The Eco Premium range are also backed by a 3+2=5 year guarantee for peace of mind.

The Oase FiltoClear 5000 premium pressure filter is highly effective at cleaning ponds up to 5,000 litres, thanks to the fine structure of the filter sponges and powerful integral 18w UVC. The latest generation FiltoClear models feature upgraded, highly effective UV lamps for perfectly clear water which can be changed whilst the unit is running with no need to switch off the filter or even remove the quartz glass. The filter also utilises Oase Bypass technology to create a high flow rate that makes blockages a thing of the past.

The FiltoClear range of pressure filters are equipped with the unique and user friendly "Oase-Easy-Clean-Technology" which makes cleaning quick and easy without the need to open the filter. Thanks to their pressurised design the Oase FiltoClear Filters can easily be integrated into the surrounding landscape as they can be partially buried and covered with the optional decorative Oase FiltoClear FiltoCap Rock Cover making them virtually invisible.

The new OC filter sets allow integration into the Oase Control System using an Oase Garden Controller Cloud or Oase InScenio FM-Master Cloud along with Oase Control Cables (available separately). Then Simply download the Oase Control app (from the App Store or via Play Store) – and off you go.

Palletised Deliveries

Some large oversize products, typically items weighing more than 30kg, may require delivery via pallet and as such will arrive as a kerbside delivery only. The drivers in these instances are unfortunately not permitted to assist with the pallet beyond the drop off, and cannot aid in bringing packages into the property.

Pond Planet will contact you to book in delivery on a suitable working day. Delivery will generally take place between 9am and 5pm. To ensure there are no delays with delivery, please include a contact number when placing the order.

Pond Plant Deliveries & Surcharge

Pond plants are subject to a £5.00 delivery surcharge. Pond plants are sent directly from our supplier to make sure the plants you receive are fresh and in great condition. There is no limit on how many you can order for a single delivery charge. This charge is in addition to any other carriage costs for items sent directly from Pond Planet. Please allow 5 -10 working days for delivery.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Pond Planet, you may return the product(s) to us within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange.

Goods must be returned in perfect and unused condition, in their original packaging. The buyer must ensures that the goods are securely and adequately packed to avoid damage and the purchaser pays all postage costs. We recommend that products are returned by recorded delivery or by a carrier that requires a signature. Pond Planet accepts no responsibility for goods returned to us unless signed proof can be provided.
