JBL's range of ProTemp S Aquarium Heater range includes 25w, 50w, 100w, 150w, 200w and 300w models to cater for a range of aquarium sizes.

Most tropical aquarium fish feel comfortable with a water temperature ranging between 24°C and 26°C. The life functions of cold-blooded animals sink with falling temperatures making providing the right aquarium temperature a priority when keeping a tropical aquarium. By providing the correct water temperature through the use of an aquarium heater such as the JBL ProTemp S you will ensure problem-free food intake and a smooth functioning of their metabolism.

Easy to install the ProTemp S Heaters simply slot into the included heater guard complete with suction cups. Pre-select the desired water temperature using the temperature dial then immerse the heater into the aquarium at least to the indicated  “min. water level“ line. The control lamp indicates when the heater is connected to the power supply for easy visual confirmation. The heater maybe mounted horizontally if required. 

JBL’s safety heater thermostat ensures an ideal temperature transfer in the range between 20°C - 34°C. With the help of the dial a control accuracy of +/- 0.5°C is ensured. The maximum attainable temperature depends on the water volume and the difference in temperature to the surroundings.

The protective basket in which the heater is embedded prevents the fish from being scorched. The heater is watertight, can be immersed to a depth of 100 cm and, with its 2 mm strong safety quartz glass, is very stable. If the water level sinks or the heater is removed from the water, a safety protection device in the heater interrupts the electric current and prevents overheating.

Palletised Deliveries

Some large oversize products, typically items weighing more than 30kg, may require delivery via pallet and as such will arrive as a kerbside delivery only. The drivers in these instances are unfortunately not permitted to assist with the pallet beyond the drop off, and cannot aid in bringing packages into the property.

Pond Planet will contact you to book in delivery on a suitable working day. Delivery will generally take place between 9am and 5pm. To ensure there are no delays with delivery, please include a contact number when placing the order.

Pond Plant Deliveries & Surcharge

Pond plants are subject to a £5.00 delivery surcharge. Pond plants are sent directly from our supplier to make sure the plants you receive are fresh and in great condition. There is no limit on how many you can order for a single delivery charge. This charge is in addition to any other carriage costs for items sent directly from Pond Planet. Please allow 5 -10 working days for delivery.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Pond Planet, you may return the product(s) to us within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange.

Goods must be returned in perfect and unused condition, in their original packaging. The buyer must ensures that the goods are securely and adequately packed to avoid damage and the purchaser pays all postage costs. We recommend that products are returned by recorded delivery or by a carrier that requires a signature. Pond Planet accepts no responsibility for goods returned to us unless signed proof can be provided.
