For peace of mind Pond Planet offers a standard 14 day return policy. If you purchase a product and decide it's not for you, you can return it back to us at your own expense for a refund.

Similarly, if a purchased product develops a fault within the guarantee period, we're happy to carry out a repair or replacement under the warranty, once the fault has been confirmed by ourselves or the manufacturer. 

Cancellation Policy

• If you wish to cancel you order you can do so within 14 days of receipt of your products.
• To do so please contact us at info@pond-planet.co.uk for authorisation.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging in the the same saleable condition as when received.
• Returning products is done so at your own cost.
• The products being returned must be securely packed to avoid damage.
• We recommend returning the products by recorded delivery.
• Pond Planet does not accept responsibility for goods returned by a customer, but which are not received, unless proof of delivery to us or receipt by carrier is supplied.
• Return of goods after 14 days is at our own discretion.
• Goods are not allowed to be tried/tested.

We process returns as quickly as possible. Please allow 3-4 working days for us to handle your product return. This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights. Products that are specially made or ordered cannot be returned for refund unless faulty or damaged.

Warranty Returns Policy

• Products that carry a manufacturer's guarantee can be returned, if faulty, to us for exchange during the warranty period.

• Upon receipt of the faulty product our returns team will test the product.
• If the product is found to be faulty we will ship a replacement via courier at no extra charge.
