Pond Planet Ltd subsidise postage and packing costs to keep our prices as low as possible. We offer FREE Next Working Day Delivery as standard on orders over £49*. For orders under £49 there is a Postage and Packing charge of £3.95 for a tracked 1-2 working day delivery service and £5.95 for an express next working day Courier delivery.
As standard all orders placed before 2:00pm will be picked, packed and dispatched the same working day.
Orders will be dispatched using the best method from a range of delivery services including Royal Mail Tracked 24/48, DHL and DPD Local.
The team at Pond-Planet.co.uk will continue to keep you up to date with the status of your order via email from start to finish.

Delivery starts at just £3.95 for orders under £49 and most orders over £49 are shipped for free, however surcharges for some products do apply.
Items in stock in our warehouse ordered before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders received after 2:00pm or on a weekend / bank holiday will be dispatched on the next available working day.
Direct Dispatch and Palletised items may take longer as stated on product pages
Unfortunately, our couriers don't work weekends or bank holidays, so we're unable to dispatch orders taken at these times. However, we do work hard to keep any further delays to a minimum.
Unfortunately we can not guarantee dispatch or delivery timeframes for items delivered from our warehouse or direct from our suppliers.
This is only possible for palletised items. A member of customer service team will call to arrange a suitable delivery date.
For other items, we will supply you with your tracking number to keep you informed on the process of your order.
Our automatic system will inform you once the order has been picked, packed and marked as dispatched. Unfortunately the tracking will only update once the order has been scanned by the courier into their network.
Some Fragile and oversize products, typically items weighing more than 30kg, such as aquariums over 85 Litres and some of our larger pond filters, cannot be sent by a standard courier service and therefore must be sent via a palletised delivery.
When purchasing a 'Palletised Delivery' product from us, please ensure to include a contact telephone number so a member of the Pond Planet Team can you call you to arrange a suitable delivery day. Please note the exclusion of a contact telephone number may delay the dispatch of your order.
Palletised Deliveries can only be arranged Monday-Friday and are normally made between 9am-5pm. Unfortunately we cannot specify a time of day that your delivery will arrive, so we advise that someone is present all day to receive it. Palletised Deliveries are a kerbside delivery only, the drivers in are unfortunately not permitted to assist with the pallet beyond the drop off, and cannot aid in bringing packages into the property. Depending on the size and weight of the aquarium or product, we advise that you have friends or family standing by to help you carry it into your home.
After purchase a member of our customer service team will call to explain the process and arrange with you a suitable delivery date. Please await our call before arranging any time off work or making plans to receive the delivery. Please be aware that once we have arranged a delivery date over the phone, there is a fee for cancellation.
Pond plants are subject to a £5.00 delivery surcharge. Pond plants are sent directly from our supplier to make sure the plants you receive are fresh and in great condition. There is no limit on how many you can order for one delivery charge.
This charge is in addition to any other carriage costs for items sent directly from our warehouse. Please allow 5 -10 working days for delivery.
Delivery of Atlantis Fibreglass Ponds falls outside of our general delivery terms. The ponds are delivered direct from the manufacturer, taking approximately 2 Weeks.
We offer free inclusive delivery for the following postcode areas: AL, B, BA, BH, BL, BN, BR, BS, CB, CM, CR, CV, CW, DA, DE, DN, DT, E, EC, EN, GL, GU, HA, HD, HP, HX, KT, L, LE, LN, LS, LU, M, MK, N, NG, NN, NW, OL, OX, PE, PO, PR, RG, RH, RM, SE, SG, SK, SL, SM, SN, SO, SP, ST, SW, TA, TF, TN, TW, UB, W, WA, WC, WD, WF, WN, WR, WS, and WV.
Postcodes outside of these areas are excluded from our standard free delivery and will incur a surcharge. Please enquire regarding post code surcharges prior to purchasing.
Delivery of the Atlantis ponds will be arranged via phone or email after purchase.
