We also stock a variety of pond skimmers, pump filter kits fish tank pumps and filtration equipment.
The size of your pond will often determine which type of pond pump and filter you should choose, as each are designed to produce various flow rates to accommodate different sized ponds.
How do pond filter systems work
When setting up a pond, you’ll have a pump to draw the water from the pond, which will then be transported up to the filtration system, which will work to remove any debris and clean the water before it’s added back into the pond via a return system. As the pump and filter work together to circulate and oxygenate the water in your fish pond, it’s important to choose pumps and filters that are fully compatible to maintain the health of your pond.
To make the process simpler, we also offer a range of all in one pond filters and pump and filter kits to make it easier to set up and take the hassle of finding two which are compatible away.
